[...it's been way too long since Sapphire's seen a certain person. Nearly a week. During that time, she'd done some searching of the old-fashioned kind, running all over the city...but it's been a little over a week. She's no good with the communicators, but at this point anything's worth a try.]

[First, in the morning:]

Hey, Chief?

[Then, just before noon:]

Chief, ya out there at all?

[And around mid-afternoon:]

...Anyone seen Ling in a while? He hasn't shown up in a while...

He was teachin' me martial arts. Yeah.

Oh, well, anyone could do that. But I guess... not quite like Ling.

[He's been a lot more help to Sapphire than "teacher" expresses.]

I've been able t' count on 'im since I got here. He 's a pretty cool guy.

Yeah. I trained with him a few times. [A fond smile.]

He was definitely very... supportive.

We went fer food sometimes, too, an' he helped me get ta know the city...

... I hope he's just on vacation or something.

[He was a really nice guy. Even if he did spontaneously give Obito hugs.]

... You know, a lot of people know martial arts here. I'm sure someone can help you keep up your training. Even I know some and... could help.

[He's technically offering, though his lazy nature is screaming against it. But if it was for a student of Ling's, yeah, he's gotta at least offer.]
