Pretty lively for a place called Death City. Can't say it inspires my confidence any but I guess it has a decent ring to it.

Keep hearing about this thing called B.R.E.W as some kinda interdimensional device. Dont suppose anyone has anymore info on it cause it sounds a bit like something else I know and that didnt go over so well.

PS If you want me to hit something, Im gonna need my bow and arrows back cause Im not quite sold on the Weapon transforming thing. Thanks

Not really surprised, no. Where did you say these viewings were held?

It is not often, but they are held every so often. There have been two or so viewings since my stay here, and I have been here since October.

[And considering today's date...]

I am unsure of when the next viewing will be held, since it was last held several weeks prior. Perhaps it might happen again, or it might not. For that, I am truly sorry if you wished to take a look at it.

[Because, it depends on Shibusen, really.]

The viewings. They're inside Shibusen's headquarters?

My, you do seem to be quite knowledgeable about this City already.

[Casual interpretation, possibly. But he does seem to be a rather keen one. He'll be keeping that in mind.]

If memory serves me correctly, the last public viewing was at the Shibusen Gymnasium, so yes, one would have to scale the steps in order to see it when it is next made publicly available.

A reason you would like to go see, or inspect the contraption, Mr. Barton?

[Well he doubts the gymnasium is where BREW is kept outside of public viewings, but there was mention of a dungeon during the tour.. Something about being off-limits.

Clint shrugs, playing it down]

I doubt it would do the same, unless that which was back in your home world managed to pull people from different versions of Earth, and even beings from other worlds into your own world, making them appear or disappear at random.

[He shrugs a little.]

That is all BREW seems to do, because of the war we have against the Witches. Who would have thought that a dragon like myself would get brought to fight in this war? However, BREW somehow deemed me to be useful, and thus I exist in this world.

Perhaps you do, but remember, we're in a different world. Or at least, a different version of the universe. Have you had a look up at the sun and moon lately?

[Because that's what many have noticed. Unless his own sun and moon were the same. In which case...]

Not sure when my subconscious got this creative. I can handle a dragon and things with horns, but stars don't usually have faces on them.

It is not your subconscious, Mr. Barton. You are truly in this new world, alongside a dragon, a good number of trolls, and several other people who happen to not be humans and would be considered by Earthly terms to be "alien" in nature, even though they are completely normal by their own terms.

[The Protoss came to mind.]

So no, Mr. Barton, this is not your subconscious, or the use of some sort of drug: this is reality, and what's real.

[Because, it's bad enough to have one guy question his existence. Having two would make him feel rather dismal indeed.]

Good to know. [This coming from a talking dragon, but if Clint didn't know any better, he'd say it was almost offended at the thought of being a hallucination, so he'd skip town on any further arguments to save himself from a potentially painful reality check]

Had any problems with those 'aliens'? Or anyone else that's come through?

[He shakes his head.]

The Protoss have been very cordial and have helped Shibusen in their cause. The Trolls have helped in one degree or another, and Karkat has been doing his best fulfilling his duties as a Zone Leader within the Watch as well.

So no, we have not had any problems with most everyone.

[Most. And even then, minor things, so he does not really count them. Oh, except for -- but she was gone now, and so was young Kurt, so it does not make sense to dwell on that at all.]

So no hostile takeovers, or mind-controlling gods- just Witches. Think I can handle that.

Just the Witches, yes. Though they are very troublesome, when they have attacked either Death City, or any of the Shibusen affiliates abroad.

[But hostile takeovers and mind-controlling gods: just what sort of world did he come from?]

Oh, as for weapons transformation, pray do come to the Morning training. It is rather early at six in the morning, but it is the best way in which you can further understand the... changes that we all have gone through.

As a fellow Weapon, or at last I can surmise as much from your network post here on DEMISE, I can understand. It was a little difficult for me to understand as well, until I attended said training sessions.
