Sometimes we work alongside the Watch or the police, but we also accept cases from any citizen or guest who needs them done, ranging from finding lost items to solving crimes. Besides that, the Agency is in charge of the security cameras in public areas.

The city itself is pleasant once you get used to it. Of course one needs to be wary of attacks, but it is mostly safe provided you exercise reasonable caution.

In the attack last month, the city's waterways were contaminated by black blood that caused Madness to spread among us. That left us open for the Witch attack that followed.

Have the waterways been looked after since then?
