Ummm…I've been doing some reading up on places people have mentioned, and I was wondering…

If they aren't listed on the Mission Board, are we allowed to visit them? Or is it unsafe to do so anyway? And if we can, how would we go about it?

[She obviously doesn't want to use the teleporters, since she sees them as for "Shibusen-use only."]

I got used to traveling in a group several months before I arrived here, so that shouldn't be too hard.

Then you would do well to find a partnered pair who is strong enough to handle various situations. Do you know of any?

Actually, I know several strong people. I just don't know if they're partnered or not.

If you wish to see beyond this city, then I would suggest speaking with those individuals first.

Well, you said you had been to the medic tent, and the last time I went was during the Madness field trip. And, well, I know there are effects that last a while after that.

My apologies. I did not go on that field trip. I had attended earlier missions that required those with some medical knowledge to aid the fighters.

I wouldn't have known. Things happened pretty fast. I only remember bits and pieces of what really happened, and the hallucination is starting to fade away.

I didn't know you had medical knowledge. Are you a healer back home?

I did hear that it was difficult for most. Perhaps you'll be better prepared the next time you're exposed to it. No, but knowing first aid is part of my job requirement.

[There's a small pause before she answers.]

Well, I was doing okay at first, but I managed to fall into an extremely high area and was totally unprepared for it. I know I have to learn to fight it, but I'm dreading it at the same time.

Yeah, I know a lot of the basic stuff thanks to being a fighter. I also know a lot about herbs for healing, but I haven't seen too many here.

I see. Then it is entirely understandable how it could be easy to lose oneself in such a situation. Perhaps the experience will be entirely different when you're actually prepared for it the next time. My world uses more technology for healing than this one does. However, the basic first aid I have been taught seems to fit in well with this world, as I'm sure yours is as well beyond using the herbs.

I really hope so. I don't want to go through that again.

Well, our world uses something called gels for healing, but you can run out of those, so I was taught how to use herbs. They may take longer, but they still work.

No, I can imagine that it was rather unpleasant. I see. My world does not possess such gels. Have you established yourself with the healing methods of this world?

Well, I got a crash course in some of it while I was in the clinic, but I know there's got to be more. Doctors and nurses can't be everywhere.

You're quite right. Then again, with some luck, you won't be placed in such a position.
