Hello everyone! Welcome back to those who went on the mission. I hear it was really tough, but good news! It was a success. The Emitter was successfully destroyed, and the witch guarding it was killed. As a result, we're already seeing a drop in Madness levels around the area. We're currently looking into the location of the next Emitter, but in the meantime, make sure you all get some rest. You've certainly earned it.

[He's looking at you, Kid. And everybody else he knows works too hard.]

And there's no sort of high security facility to keep them in?

The kind of staffing it would take to secure a facility like that would take up most of our forces-- which we need to fight, find Emitters, and investigate any other disturbances. We can't bring them into Shibusen-- they're crafty enough to try and destroy us from the inside.

No, I wouldn't wish for them to be brought into Shibusen at all. I just meant secure prisons, something remote but still guarded or protected, or at least near impossible to escape from.

However, it doesn't sound possible, from what you've already told me.

Right. At the moment, we need all the staffing we can have for other things; we can't really afford to try and imprison a witch. Let alone more than one.
