[Ramza looks awfully weary as he's rummaging his living area, mirror in one hand and pointed to himself as he does so... but thankfully he's no longer wobbling on his feet, and his voice sounds a lot more clear.]

In light of... recent happenings, I have come to realize I may presently be of more use off the battlefield. As a weapon. That is--

[...still, he's clearly less than his usual level of articulate as he rummages through his things, evidently in a bit of a hurry.]

--It has some sort of... capability. An aura. Mayhap it's meant to rally but it lends its strength to recovery just as well.

[He moves over to his bedstand and checks the drawer-]

I'd the chance to test its strength, and wearing though it may be I stand ready to offer my aid to--

[-and then to his closet.]

--the medics, or whosoever should requre it, whether in battle or in rebuilding... Aspen, aspid, aspiring-- what was it...?!

[Finally, he retrieves from the closet a small pill bottle. Breathing a sigh of relief, Ramza takes his mirror back in hand and cuts the feed.]

I'm sure we all have a 'bucket' list of things we'd like to do sometime in our lives before we die. This place certainly gives us opportunities to cross items off it, such as getting to visit other continents.

On the other hand, it also presents us with things we'd never believed would ever happen to us - the whole manner of our arrival and subsequent submersion into this war aside.

[Akiha is back from her mission in Brazil and she's not terribly happy with how it went.]

For example, I can now claim that I have been eaten by a giant slug. Allow me to cross that off my list. I've always wanted to have to kill something while inside its stomach and then cut my way out. [/sarcasm]

That said, can anyone recommend a hair stylist here? I need to take a few inches off thanks to stomach acid. [Or whatever it was.]
