I'm just glad I could help. When you're not used to it... the memories that the Madness brings up are really hard to fight off.

It's easier when you have someone with you, I think. At least it's that way for me. Especially when you're trying to fend of memories.

Sometimes there are practice sessions, where people go as a group to where there's Madness to work on being able to recognize it and fight it off. Maybe next time there's one of those, you and your friend can go?

If things were as if you had feared they would be... are there others that would be safer? Or a way you can reach out to him while still feeling that he'd be safe? Because when you are losing yourself... you need other people more than ever.

And I went to one, yeah. It was pretty intense... I had to cling to my friends to keep myself together.
