[The screen flickers on and Judai sits there blinking at the camera, a small smile on his face.] I’ve been thinking about starting a blog ever since I left Duel Academy. [His comment sounds idle and a hint of exhaustion creeps into his voice towards the end of the sentence. A moment later, he's all smiles though, shaking the camera a little.]

Hey! So, I'm new here! I guess... that's a thing that happens, huh? [He laughs and rubs the back of his neck.] My name's Judai! It's nice to meet you all! Or, I mean, it would be if you were... y'know... here instead of... [He gestures vaguely.] On the other side of a network I think??

[Judai pauses for a moment here and then eagerly reaches off screen, pulling his hand back into view with a deck of cards a moment later.] So I was think that maybe somebody might wanna duel me? It'd really be great! I love taking on new challengers, and since you're all new... [He trails off and his smile falters for a moment before he hitches it right back on.]

So yeah! Hit me up if you wanna duel! I can meet up with you wherever! Uh, so long as you tell me where I'm going. [With a snicker, he winks at the camera.] See ya soon!

[Judai's pretty convinced she's just being humble then. He bets she's an awesome fighter, yes!]

Definitely! That'll make it more interesting! [He smiles brightly.] So when can we fight? I don't... uh... even know places where we could fight. Eheheh...

[punches]

Oh, that's right! [ He did say he was new after all. ] We have training sessions every morning if you'd like to meet up there. I could introduce you around there and of course we could have our duels.

[Pulling a face, Judai sighs heavily.]

Oh right, I keep forgetting that's a thing. That might work really well, actually! It'll give me something to look forward to with getting up so early...

[punches]

I'll give you a day or two to settle in, then we should meet up to check out the training.

[Shaking off his distaste for early rising, Judai puts the grin back on his face.]

Yeah! That sounds great! I can't wait! This is so... exciting! [Small bounce.]
