[Soft female voice. If she didn’t sound so amused, it’d be easy to tell she is incredibly pissed due to the current circumstances]
Do tell me, are you actually helping this world and its war? I am sure all of you are dying [she loves to use this word when addressing to humans] to go back to your little homes, however, it’s no where in the contract saying you’ll be returned once the war is over and won. It’s a promise, yes, but promises can be broken so easily, can they not?
Are we supposed to believe them? To trust them? [Demona doesn’t laugh, however she hums]
Hm~ tell me more about your war and the Witches.

also, that sounds like the name of a really nice lady!] A pleasure. Qilby.

You don't come from Earth, correct? What world do you come from, Qilby?

So really, sudden switches in locale are nothing new to me. Even if -- your Earth? -- bears only a passing resemblance to the countless other planets I've explored.

I, on other hand, find it quite interesting. [mostly the science] Is this world's technology new to you, or is it far behind?

[a knowing look.] The fish in its pond may think it lives in the vastest of oceans, and know nothing of the rest of the world beyond its waters. Until it finds a way to breathe on land, I should think it has no reason to believe there is anything else. They make the best out of what they have, whether it's their technology or how they view their place in the cosmos. [and, curiously now:] You're no fish though -- is that what you're implying?

[Now onto that next question. It's more like humans went from land to the water and killed anything that came from land, so they'd forget its existence. Aka, they killed my race, even thought we were there first. Glad this isn't a video, because Demona doesn't have a happy face]
I couldn't be. I am not a human, after all. [no point in hiding it. She is very blue and easy to spot, after all.]

The way you speak of them, I'd be surprised if you were. [and he supposes that's why she's stuck on voice.] But chances are you aren't the only non-human... Ah, if you don't mind me asking-- what are you, then?
no subject
They call my kind "gargoyles".
no subject
So-- you're a gargoyle from a planet named Earth, much like the Earth we're on now, and you share your land with the humans that also inhabit your world. [excuse him while he commits this to memory. he smiles.] What manner of people were yours?
no subject
And she wouldn't call it "share", but again she bites her tongue. And seeing he is so interested in it, Demona turns the VIDEO on]
1/2
2/2
It's quite striking.

[oh goddess... he misses his sister.] ...But yes, you're right. It's very likely that somewhere out there beyond your world, out of all the other worlds that exist, you have brothers and sisters. I know for sure our planet was not the only one home to dragons. [a sad smile.] Perhaps you'll be lucky enough to find another of your kind here.
no subject
And perhaps the same will happen to you.

Take care, Demona. I'm sure we shall run into each other sometime soon. [and, a brighter look.] You'll have to tell me more about your version of Earth, and your people.
