[after being escorted out of Shibusen (he's particularly glad he was going down the steps, rather than up...) and after the tour around Death City is finished, settling in his currently assigned place of residency seemed to be the best thing to do at the time. after a while, though, he figured that it'd be best to try and reach out to the others, as it was suggested; hopefully it'd help him figure out where to go from here...

so as the feed kicks on, there's a brief moment of wonder ('Is it on..?') before Vincent gives a slightly embarrassed smile]

Oh. Uhm, hello everyone... my name is Vincent Law. As you can probably tell, I'm new around here. I'm... hoping to help as much as I can with the war.

Introductions aside, I was wondering if someone could help me... I'm looking for someone. Her name is Re-l. She's tall and wears a lot of dark clothing... oh! And she wears blue eyeshadow around her eyes... [...he's refraining from saying how intimidating she looks too... oops] If anyone has seen her, please... I'd like to know.

[there's an eye roll at that, but he smiles as well, glad to have a familiar face with him here.] I see... I can wait. If she really is busy, that is... [he pauses for a moment before moving on to the next topic]

Hey Pino... you remember how the man mentioned to us about being weapons or... meisters, right? What did he say you were? [he's curious ok...!]

Ummm... Pino has been here 6 days! [She nods lightly.]

Weapon! Re-L tried to show me what I turned into, but it didn't work. [She pushed Pino down the stairs.]

Oh, and I gotta soul! [pino drops the communicator and runs off screen for a few moments, then comes back with a folded piece of paper. She unfolds it and sits down again, holding it up proudly for Vince to see. It's a picture of her x-ray, showing the floating soul] See? See? It's not a virus! I have a soul!

I see. [oh wow, she hasn't been here long for sure...]

It didn't? What did she do? [he's not sure he wants to know... but couldn't stop himself from asking... oops]

... this again? [he's about to counter with another "It's the Cogito Virus." bit, but then the communicator is dropped, and he loses his chance to even utter a syllable. sighing, he waits for the autoreiv to return... and when she does and is showing the picture of her x-ray, he gives a surprised look] Y-You... do...

She pushed Pino down the big stairs! [AND SHE'S NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT i mean she was totally fine but REALLY HOW RUDE.

She looks really proud about the soul x-ray though] I do!

Vince, can we get it framed?

... what?! [fs;ldkgsl;k sob] How is that... supposed to help with figuring out what kind of weapon you are...? [THAT JUST SOUNDS PAINFUL

he blinks though when she asks about framing it....] You... want to frame your x-ray? [... IT COULD BE WEIRDER...] Uh... well, I guess we can look into getting framed...

I don't know. She said it would and then I was going down the stairs! I didn't break anything though! [She feels kind of proud about that.

And she feels proud about the x-ray too] Mm-hm! I want to put it in my room where I can see it all the time!

That kind of seems brutal really... [sigh, Re-l can't you ever be nice to Pino--] But it's good that you didn't break anything. [and a smile!]

Then we'll definitely get it framed for you. So you can look at it all the time.

Re-L's still a mean, mean lady!

[But she can't help but beam] Yayy! Vincent's the best! Vincent's the best! [A little chant that includes jumping up and down in joy]

She's working on it though... we can't expect her to stop being mean overnight after all.
