[He took his time with getting settled into his new place and with saying "hello" to an "old friend" but now he feels it's time to introduce himself to the world here. After all, there is much that he can learn. In a rather good mood (wouldn't you be if you found the person you were looking for is now stuck somewhere with you?), he smiles as he speaks.]

An interesting location for one so unexpected. More so since it has such familiar faces upon my arrival.

[He rests his arm on the rest, his face on his hand.]

I am Raul Creed. Where I am from I was the Director General of the Security Bureau. Though it is my understanding that such a position means little here, I still believe I should make it known. [It does well to show the kind of power he's had in the past.]

I look forward to getting to know you all better.

[Despite how busy he always was, he was so very fond of his daughter. That smile is a special one to him.]

I was made into a Meister. Which are you, Pino?

A weapon! I don't now how to turn into it yet though. There's a training in the morning I'm supposed to go to, though!

[Pino pauses, a little uncertain about this next part, but she's too excited about it to not share</small.] And Pino has a soul! They took a picture and saw it and everything!

Pretty sure someone who's used to being in charge of security is something that should matter around here. You know, what with the war and all.
