[He took his time with getting settled into his new place and with saying "hello" to an "old friend" but now he feels it's time to introduce himself to the world here. After all, there is much that he can learn. In a rather good mood (wouldn't you be if you found the person you were looking for is now stuck somewhere with you?), he smiles as he speaks.]

An interesting location for one so unexpected. More so since it has such familiar faces upon my arrival.

[He rests his arm on the rest, his face on his hand.]

I am Raul Creed. Where I am from I was the Director General of the Security Bureau. Though it is my understanding that such a position means little here, I still believe I should make it known. [It does well to show the kind of power he's had in the past.]

I look forward to getting to know you all better.

Might consider signing onto the Watch. It's the local organization that patrols the city and made up of guests who were parked here by BREW.

That does have potential. Is there someone I could speak with about that?

What does the Watch do if it comes across trouble, Auron?

Each of the Zone Leaders and their patrolmen control a section of the city. We band together the best we can for large threats that affect all of the city. We're led overall by Sarah Kerrigan.

And what do you do with a criminal?

We work with the local police and Shibusen on that. The Watch just keeps order while all the other systems existing in the city work on prosecuting criminals.

I'm not the best with the law. If you want that, you should try going to the Agency. There's a man named Edgeworth there that could tell you more.
