It's easier to remember than Qilby, and I know how to spell it. His codename was originally "Spectacular Handlehat," but that's too much of a mouthful to say on a regular basis, in my opinion.

Truly a good man, gone! I knew him too little. He will be sorely missed in my lab and our hearts. [An exaggerated sob, for effect.] Perhaps now he will return to his good wife and children and resume such a happy mad scientist life as I wish to live in my old age!

You can transform, if you are a weapon.

This war has been going on for about 100 years or more, and just when Shibusen thought they were doing well, Shinigami-sama was murdered. This lead the Witches to seize this newfound opportunity and try to take over Death City, being led by the Witch Medusa.

To aid that, there is also the Kishin matter; apparently Kishin eggs and Witches were not all that friendly before, but they have joined forces to face Shibusen.
