[He raises a hand in a jovial fashion.]

[And that was his way of introducing himself. Now that was over, Masamune looks at the camera straight on, arms crossed. Time to make his big address to everyone in this city.]

I heard that we're fighting a war here. You guys must be in trouble if you had to drag me here, the One Eyed Dragon of Oshuu!

[There we go, he's steadily getting back into the stride of things. The whole experience in the Kishin Chamber was a bit of a shock even for him, but now that he's out and he's got this amazing communication device, he might as well make full use of it.]

Hah, what a name though. Death City! I would say that it was cool but the sun has a face that smiles. What kind of place called Death City has a sun with a face like that?

[Masamune pronounces 'Death City' in a very pronounced Engrish accent. He looks at the feed expectantly, then realising he isn't going to get a reply immediately, continues talking.]

I'm a meister, whatever that is. Sounds cool though. But I hate the idea of being without a weapon though, especially in a crazy place like this. They may have taken a dragon's claws away, but he can still bite.

[Masamune grins at the camera, trying his best to be jovial at the end of his feed.]

So if any of you transform into swords, let me know. I'm looking for six of them. Okeydokey?

[Mitsunari's stern gaze and sneer remain, unblinking from the screen.]

Answer my question you miserable prat, before your further insolence causes my patience to wear thin.

[Masamune shrugs, wondering best how to answer this question. Anything he says is going to piss Mitsunari off, no matter what he does. If he's talking about one traitor, it's probably Ieyasu. I mean, who else did he think about half the time?]

I didn't bring that kid with the pot with me.

[reverencing]

You know damn well that is not who I am talking about-!

[He snaps the words, seeming to bite at the air as finishes snarling.]

Yeah, sorry about that. I haven't seen that priestess anywhere either.

[reverencing]

I know where she is. [There's a bit of contempt to his voice as he says that one. He doesn't have time to play these games.]

Where is Ieyasu?

[coolest]

[Masamune shrugs. Sorry bro.]

No clue.

[reverencing]

[It's both a source of relief and frustration for Mitsunari to hear those words - it means that Ieyasu did not accompany Masamune in returning here yet it also means that Ieyasu is still back home. It's a double-edged knife in itself, knowing there is still nothing he can do to prevent that traitor from touting his lies about the land.

...But at least Masamune is here. Masamune being here means one less ally for Ieyasu back home.]

Then this conversation remains of no use to me. [He grits his teeth together, neither situation that plays out in his mind regarding Ieyasu's fate is appealing at this moment.] Be gone from my sight.
