[And that was his way of introducing himself. Now that was over, Masamune looks at the camera straight on, arms crossed. Time to make his big address to everyone in this city.]
I heard that we're fighting a war here. You guys must be in trouble if you had to drag me here, the One Eyed Dragon of Oshuu!
[There we go, he's steadily getting back into the stride of things. The whole experience in the Kishin Chamber was a bit of a shock even for him, but now that he's out and he's got this amazing communication device, he might as well make full use of it.]
Hah, what a name though. Death City! I would say that it was cool but the sun has a face that smiles. What kind of place called Death City has a sun with a face like that?
[Masamune pronounces 'Death City' in a very pronounced Engrish accent. He looks at the feed expectantly, then realising he isn't going to get a reply immediately, continues talking.]
I'm a meister, whatever that is. Sounds cool though. But I hate the idea of being without a weapon though, especially in a crazy place like this. They may have taken a dragon's claws away, but he can still bite.
[Masamune grins at the camera, trying his best to be jovial at the end of his feed.]
So if any of you transform into swords, let me know. I'm looking for six of them. Okeydokey?

And if he could, he would do so at this moment. Now that he completely knows that you do not know of his world, it just seems to be too much of a coincidence that you used the words blast of steam, because that's what a certain, particular dragon that does just that, back home.]
I would too, either here of back home, if it was truly and wholly unnecessary. "Necessary" in this world meaning, it was in a fight against the witches or the Kishin eggs. Perhaps if you feel the need to "blast some steam," you would do well to look in on the missions once you have found a suitable partner.
And no, I am not: a great number of dragons exist in my world, though my own particular breed are few.
To be honest, I have seen a larger number of dragons in China than I've seen in most of Europe combined.
