[Well, being almost!human sucked. Joshua, unfortunately, after a day of exploring the city ~~and discovering many fun shops!~~ is currently rediscovering what it means to be tired. What can he say. The battery life of an average human being is pathetic at best. 12 hours? 16? 18? Awful. The sun's going down, and the stars are out. He's currently walking to the apartment he's been allotted, but physical exercise is boring. Very boring. So! A transmission as he walks, mainly to kill some time.]

So~ While the little welcome get-together was indeed quite charming, I have a small question. I want to help with this little war that's going on. The faster it's over, the sooner I get back to doing what's important to me. If I can be some help in that it's better for everyone, right? Anyway, What's the best way to do that? Is it a case of simply walking to the Shibusen, banging on the door and signing some liability waivers or...?

[He's inside the apartment complex now, fiddling with a set of keys as soon as he clears the first hallway. A swing of a door later and...]

Yes, that's right. Two or more souls need to resonate together in order to fight Kishin eggs. It's the only way to combat them and the Witches.

Maybe it will work now? With everyone being from a different world and all, you don't know until you try here, right? Though, part of it, you do have to open up to your partner and that might make it difficult.

And it can't hurt to try. At the very least, the situation you have going on here sounds like a timekiller. It'd be an awful shame to miss out on that.

The situation? It's been put on hold kinda... with the rioting going on, none of us can really leave. And we're trying to treat everyone, but it seems like we send one patient out and ten more come in. I don't know if we have enough gauze if this goes on past a week.

Are there any cities close by? I mean for additional supplies.

Not really. The primary way to leave is through the mirrors and that's for missions. We could tell them we need supplies I guess. If we receive deliveries another way and from a nearby town, I haven't really asked.

[There's a few hours until Joshua's response because of a certain visit but when Joshua's back, he smiles. Yes, there's a cut on his lip. Best to ignore it. But- he holds something in his hand. What? A cute little first aid kit stuffed with bandages and gauze! The type every responsible homeowner owns, and part of every apartment!]

Say, I had an idea. Until you can request supplies from another city, oh and definitely do that, by the way will a large number of these suffice? There's a lot of apartments in this building, and I guess it's possible to go from door to door and see who wants to donate. It's something, at the very least. Let me know what you think.

It could work. And when things cool down, we can give everyone new kits as thank you when supplies come in again. I'll hand them out during morning training and deliver the rest to people who don't attend.

It's slang. It pretty much refers to the type which refuse to part with anything and everything on the off chance that whatever they're keeping will become useful to them one day. I believe it can be referred to as a medical condition, though it's more on the basis of attention seekers and obsessive compulsives.

Anyway, I managed to get some help with our little thing. I need a favour in return. Do you mind?
