I am assuming many of you have already heard too much contrite babble to be bothered with questions that have been asked hundreds of times. For that reason I will save my breath sating my curiosity toward the obvious.

Though, one obvious question does plague my think pan and I'm afraid I shall have to ask it anyway; what is a Meister and how the hell could I possibly have some type of ability?

And how do I go about finding out just what that ability is?

At the school? Does everyone here conduct themselves during the day or is this whole nocturnal thing just not a thing anymore?

I've been spending a fair amount of my time researching trolls, which is why I have knowledge of the caste system. However aside from Condesce, you'll find that blood means nothing here and you'll have to get used to that.

"Acquainted" would not be the best word of choice, I would think. I cannot say that I have met with you on any occasion that I can recall. In the end I suppose it all depends upon when in the timeline you and I hail from, doesn't it?

A Meister is someone who, in this world, has the ability to wield a Weapon. I doubt the official explanation includes this, but Meisters tend to be the people who make shit happen.

Unfortunately, trial and error seems to be the best way to discover what your ability is.
