Suffice to say Shiina's still getting the hang of the mirror, but what's more noticeable is that she's addressing everyone while balancing various items of stationery on her fingertips. And that they stay there throughout her address.

Her tone is clipped, formal, very much matter of fact. She's not one to waste words, after all]

I will keep this brief. I require a Weapon. I have been brought here to take on missions and bring an end to this war, and the sooner I begin the sooner I can see this task through. I am not new to fighting, to dispensing death and I won't sit by idly when my strength can be put to good use.

And while on the topic, I understand there are other means by which I might assist and hone my skills. I would very much like to hear of them.

Having proper battle skills is always a plus, of course, but my advise is not to believe you are too amazing in this place. Might burn you when you find out you are not.

At training, there's some kind of weapon-meister thing. It's like a speed dating service. Kinda. But the ins and outs are the same. Either way. we're expected to risk our necks and see if what is thrown at the wall sticks. Anyway, are you any good with shortspears?

The Watch is an organization dedicated to the security of the city, and could always use skilled recruits to maintain peace and respond to future threats and emergencies.

It's nice to finally hear someone else with similar thoughts to my own. Every morning from six until eight or nine depending, there is open training. Between honing combat techniques to finding partners to practicing the use of your Meister ability, it is the best place to start.

I'd like to spar sometime if you decide to come to training.

This merely confirms what was said when I first arrived.

However, I'm interested in knowing more about the ability for a Meister to fight alone. Until I can find a suitable partner, there is no harm in training that aspect too.

Once you've gotten some more experience with resonating with others, then get back to me on that. Soul Menace was a technique I created myself, and while I'm currently holding private classes to a select few Meisters I don't believe you'd be ready for them straight out the gate.
