So.

Hypothetically, if someone were to tell you that they like you and then kiss you. But they did it while they were drunk and don't seem to remember doing it, what should you do?

Yes, more or less. If they don't want to talk about it, I wouldn't suggest pushing the subject either- it might just wind up backfiring.

For now, at least, that would probably be the best idea. If they're really that resistant to it, then just give them some time- they might bring it up themselves.
