Good day,
Some of you may know me as the Watch's liaison to the Detective Agency. Or if you have been here much longer, you may also know me as the former zone leader for the Shopping District and the Red Light District. I'd like to take this opportunity to reintroduce myself.
I am Genesis Rhapsodos, and I now work as both the Watch liaison to the Agency as well as the Zone Leader for one of the Outer Residential Quarters.
My zone covers where many of you might already be residing: Death City Heights, the Creeping Crypts, and the Reaper Residences. If you require any assistance in the area, feel free to contact me.

Unfortunately, since I've recently returned to active duty with the Watch, I may not be familiar with everyone under my command. So I would like to set aside some time to get to know each and every one of you.
Valentine, although we've already spoken recently, it would be nice to have another conversation with you. I do want to keep abreast of how my people are doing.

There is someone under my zone who looks like that odd man who seems to lack social skills. The one with the dark circles under his eyes and has messy black hair. His name escapes me, though. Edgeworth told me that he used to be with the Agency. Would you both know anything about them?
