the shape is a bit odd, given the standard rifles he was used to, but the weight is similar enough. and there's no burning to indicate a failed resonance, only the powerful warm light that is kaworu's wavelength coming through their connection.]

...I see it is appropriately colored.

It wwould hawe been nice if the gun wwas the same as the strap, but the blue greww on me.

[Compared to Kaworu's warm light, Eridan's soul is rather cold and distant. Obviously the kind who believes it's better off alone because it's better than everyone else, and yet needing and craving attention at the same time. Contradictory, but more than willing to reach for that offered warmth. He's beyond pleased that there wasn't any immediate pain, that it seems to actually work and feel better than it even did with Kerrigan.]

It would be unwise to attempt firing here, but I do not see any reason why it should not work. And closeness on this level is pleasant as well, correct?

Your race does seem to tend towards the more negative extremes of feeling. But humanity is not very good at embracing this sort of thing either. Such closeness is a comfort for their inherently lonely souls, but they are so prone to hurting each other that they seem to instinctively avoid it.
