[There is a labored breath as he tries to figure out what to say, unsure how to address the infinite number of people that could live here. After only a second's worth of further deliberation, he finally finds the words.]

I am Kratos Aurion.

[He begins stiffly, stiffening, though they can only hear the quality of his voice, deadpan and deep almost to an unsettling extent.]

Of course I am new here. 

[Another pause and another sharp intake of breath before a slow and controlled exhalation.]

I'm not about to cut corners. I am only using this link to send out an inquiry for information. I understand the basics but ...

[Absently almost, he rubs at his face, voice becoming momentarily muffled.]

[Okay, seriously, how does she handle this? Meeting Mithos from 4000 years ago was one thing. Running into a Kratos who remembers the same events that she does but shouldn't because he wasn't there is something else entirely...

Is there anything in particular you wanted to ask?

Hm. Well there are some things that a tour cannot reveal, I suppose. What the battles are like, for instance. The quality of the enemy in combat.

[He sighed heavily again.]

These are all things that are necessary for combat.

What the battles are like tends to depend on which ones you're talking about, attacks on the city...or any city tends to become really chaotic. The enemy here doesn't differentiate between civilians and combatants so if we can't get to them early enough, we can end up with a lot of casualties.

Witches are stronger than the Kishin Eggs and both of them can only be wounded and killed when you're working with a partner.

So essentially if I'm going to do any sort of real damage I have to find a partner. And since winning the war is the only way to return home ...

I see.

That's right. It's also much safer for you if you're not fighting alone.

I think you have to pay! Like, get a job and then buy a place! [She beams.] That's why I'm still here. I don't have enough money to move. Besides, it's really nice here. I have a nice neighbor downstairs.

Well, I'm pretty sure you get a job the same way you get any other job! You go and apply for them! I'm not really... um... the best source of knowledge on jobs though. [Giggle.]

Then again! I got a job by making a friend! She needed help, so I got a job! I guess that's another way you can do it!

Vandalizing businesses mostly, although they did kidnap several people a few weeks ago.
