[Well, Chika's looking much better than she did the last time she had appeared on the DEMISE network. But even so, she doesn't really look all that super happy.

Actually, she's frowning a bit, her eyes darting between the communicator and something off-screen.]

So umm... there's going to be a gala, isn't there? Like... big fancy party and... well, formal dresses and stuff.

[Chika sighs.]

Okay, I guess there's no real easy way to ask this. I need help finding a dress. For something like a gala, I really have no idea what I'm doing at all.

I need a date too, but well, need to focus on the dress first.

[Chika forces a smile to her face, hoping that she hadn't really been too loud with that last comment. She was kinda surprised that she actually said that outloud instead of just thinking it, but well, nervous.]

So umm, if anyone doesn't mind helping me look for a dress, I'd really appreciate the help.

Okay. I'll definitely keep that in mind. It depends on what other plans I make though.

I'm a little surprised to hear a guy offering to help with makeup and stuff though.

Really? It's not that surprising, guys like those kind of things too.

Really? This is the first I heard of that. Still, it's pretty nice of you to offer. What made you interested in learning about makeup anyway?

[ He knows a Daimonji back home. He's a bit similar. ]

You've never met a guy interesed in things like that before? I hung out with a friend of mine. She got me interested. [ Never mind that 'she' was Megumyun, and they never were real friends. ]

Nope! Or at least I never met one brave enough to admit it.

[She giggles. That was kinda cute.]

I see. And was this girl just a friend, or was she also something else?

It's brave? Haven't really though of it that way.

[ Especially since he's a coward. ]

She was just a friend. [ With benefits, but is there really any need for her to know that? ]

Well... I guess it could be brave unless all the guys where you're from are into it, I guess. It'd definitely be brave in my school back home.

[And no, there wasn't any reason for her to know that at all. And she won't be pressing any more on that, at least.]

Nah, it's not that usual back at my school either. But we don't have much regulations on what we're supposed to look like there. There's even people using different school's uniforms.

[ And both has saved his life more than once. ]

... Really? That's even weirder. My school was completely strict about the whole uniform thing.

Mine was pretty easy-going. [ And the principal was evil, but that was beside the point. ] Great school, [ not counting the monster attacks ] fun people.

Well, that's pretty awesome then. I'm glad that you had such a good time there.

Yeah, it's a good school. [ Beside the fact that it was practically built to create monsters, but oh well, can't get everything. ] Was it just the uniforms, or was your school completely strict?

Mostly it was just the uniforms... I think.

At the very least, I didn't get in trouble anywhere near often enough to find out if they were really more strict with a bunch of other stuff. It might've also depended on the teachers though.

Apparently they all remembered my brother's horrible grades and were happy that I had a brain so they didn't have many issues with me at all.

Was he that horrible in school? Sounds like somebody I know. [ Someone who has other things going for him. Like being a super hero. ]

Yep. Completely terrible as far as grades went.

And got into fights all of the time too.

You both don't happen to be related to any Kisaragi, do you?

Nope. Never met anyone with that surname before.

Too bad. He seems pretty similar to a guy I know.

Yeah, from what you've told me so far it sounds like they'd both be pretty good friends, wouldn't they?

[ He laughs, a really fond look on his face. He's in love with the guy, okay, not even he can help it. ] Gentarou-san would be frinds with anyone, so yeah.

[ Huh. That was... either really good or really, really bad. Depending on the person he tried to become friends with. ]

He tried to get the computer error to fix itself by making friends with it..

[ Man, so cute and stupid and, augh, now he misses Gentarou-san again. ]
