Does anyone have any idea what this thing is? I'm not so sure I like it loitering around my residence.

he shifts a little uncomfortably, but goes on in a detached tone.]

He seems passive enough for the time being. But if provoked, he could theoretically destroy the entire city in an instant, and I would prefer not to test that.

I am not exactly comfortable with a so-called 'angel' that can apparently blow up the city floating above where I live. Someone needs to make it move elsewhere.
