[Judging from the racks of old-fashioned clothes that can be seen in the background, Lily is at Yesterday’s Magic this afternoon and she doesn’t seem to be alone. A fluffy gray Norwegian forest cat is sitting on the counter behind her and yawning.]

Has anyone seen Raidou today? [She sneezes and the picture goes wobbly for a moment as a black kitten in her lap meows and reaches a paw out to the communicator.]

I found his cats outside my shop this morning and can’t seem to get a hold of him or his partner. [Which makes her worry a bit that BREW might be at it again… That cotton-pickin’ contraption did seem to especially like sending certain folks back and forth.] If he doesn’t show up to claim them soon, I reckon I’m going to need a cat sitter. [Another sneeze.]

[And might as well ask about this too…]

I’m also looking for more help in my vintage clothes shop. I’ve rented the space next door and I’ve been working on expanding so I’d like to hire some more salespeople. Ideally, someone who wouldn’t mind also helping with the laundry.

If Raidou doesn't come back, I'm going to try to find a new owner for them.

[Allergic or not, she's held on to a murder victim's cat for several days before until she could find it a home.]

If you're having trouble finding someone, you can leave them with me while you look.

[Not exactly something she expects an alien frog to have knowledge of...]

There was a Pekoponian cat that used to spend most of her time around my camp.

[He might end up training them to attack intruders.

(Except the truth is he'd probably just scoff and then feed them meat and let them snuggle with him.)]

No, I mean the campsite I had before I was brought here.

As far as I know, the cat is still fine even if she tends to come and go sometimes.
