Hey everyone. Sorry for being... well, a complete mess this past week. [ But hey, at least Chika's not really all that depressed now, right? That's better... though she's still not completely happy and being her usual, excitable self. ]

Anyway, like I said last time, almost all of our regular employees at Triple A have been sent back by BREW, so we're pretty much hiring again. We have a couple of temp people from Shibusen helping out, but I'd really prefer for us to have at least a bit of a stable employee force instead of just having temp workers alternate all the time.

Don't get me wrong, they're perfectly nice people, but well... it's harder to get people who really know the Arcade like that.

[ She pauses for a moment, shifting her mirror a bit. ]

Anyway, we're looking for all positions. Ticket and token clerks, janitors, a mascot, and repair techs. If any of that sounds like something you can do and you're interested in the position, reply to this message and we'll go ahead and set up an interview in person. We're going to be hiring for a while, so don't feel bad if you're too busy to meet within the next couple of days.

Hey Kyoko! Umm... remember how you said that you wanted to try practicing with me again when I was feeling better? Well, I'm not completely better yet, but I am feeling better. I figured we could see if we could resonate together better now?

Yep. I do. He's about four years older than me. Except when BREW messes stuff up and brought both of us here so that I was actually older than him. It was pretty awkward at first.

I see. BREW can create such a dramatic difference when bringing people.

[Though, he already knew from his own experience.]

Yep. It's pretty awkward whenever it does happen. At least, at first, anyway.

At first? So this has occurred to you multiple times now?

Umm... no. I meant that it gets less awkward once you get used to the new situation.

So the discrepancies don't bother you so much. Even the idea of the very laws of the universe being different wouldn't bother you?

I think that would probably depend on how different the laws of the universe ended up being. Or if they kept changing all the time.

I see. You would certainly handle the news better then were you the one I have to speak to.

Wait, you mean you've actually had your entire universe back home change the laws of physics or something like that?

According to someone I work with. Whether or not they choose to believe her word isn't my problem.

Oh. So... this isn't something that you're aware of, and you were just told about it?

That's... well, okay, I guess that makes sense. It'd be hard to realize that reality was changing if you were in it at the time.

When the universe is re-written, memories have to be as well. It wouldn't make sense to recall the old laws when the new ones are absolute.

['Grinning'] You're catching on.

Yeah. I know. It'd make things even more confusing then they already would be, wouldn't it?

Quite. I'll have to see how they take it.

Wow. You're really sure about that. You must know them pretty well then, don't you?

They're veterans. They've been dealing with the news as it comes pretty well.

... Oh well, if they're used to dealing with weird stuff, that probably just helps with being here to begin with. At least you don't need to worry about them freaking out though.

I've already spoken to both of them and they have settled in well. Shibusen is lucky.

Not unless you want to somehow start working at the Arcade. [ Though if he actually did, she'd have to figure something out, because he wasn't big enough to be the mascot and do what that job was actually meant for. ]
