AUTHORITIES! AUTHORITIES, THERE IS AN ALBINO MAN, APPEARING TO BE IN HIS LATE TWENTIES ABOUT! QUITE INSANE AND I BELIEVE MAY BE A DANGER TO OTHERS AND POSSIBLY LOOKING FOR SMALL CHILDREN TO PREY UPON. I RECOMMEND CAPTURE!
