He's got the communicator loosely hanging from one hand at an odd angle and is stood on his balcony, giving the viewers a brief glance of his face before he flings his arms out. The swirling, zooming picture settles on an image of the post-earthquake Death City.

Bins, pots knocked over, a few lampposts that look like they're drunkenly swaying to one side, and cracks in the pavement.]

So, is this normal here too? Aside from constant surveillance, ongoing war and random kidnappings in the name of "war effort" they seem so fond of.

[The screen tilts again, and Nezumi gives the screen a very slight, lidded grin.]

Inquiring minds would like to know. If you'd all be so kind.

It's a little pointless, bunching a natural disaster with man-made issues, regardless if you agree with them or not.

As for if it's normal, well none of the records I have access to mention any recently.

There's no reason to not use the resources at hand.

Resources don't tell you everything. Human error, and the decision of the person who wrote the records all play a large part it what makes it onto the paper, after all.

Of course, but assuming everything is a lie is just as useless as assuming everything is true. I can't prove this is the truth, but I can't prove it's wrong either. In the end I can only use what I have and hope for the best with what skill I have to offer.

Or you could deal with the issue right here in the present and no going around gathering meaningless data that won't help someone stuck under a collapsed building anyway.
