So, is this normal here too? Aside from constant surveillance, ongoing war and random kidnappings in the name of "war effort" they seem so fond of.

[The screen tilts again, and Nezumi gives the screen a very slight, lidded grin.]

It's a little pointless, bunching a natural disaster with man-made issues, regardless if you agree with them or not.

Normally, this is nature-related, not war-related.

This is Nevada. Due to its plate-tectonic environment, earthquakes here aren't uncommon.
