I was hesitant about committing to taking part in this war until I had all the facts in front of me, but the recent attacks on civilian targets have certainly dispelled any doubt in my mind. I'm ready to do whatever is needed to shut these Witches down.

I'm told that I'll need a partner, and I must admit that I haven't been looking very hard. Apparently I'm a meister, meaning I'll need a weapon. If there's anyone available and interested, I would appreciate a response.

What kind of weapons are you good at using?

Most anything, to be honest, although my preference is for a shield.

A shield? I'm not sure if I know of any weapons that can turn into that. There's a lot of swords and then very unusual weapons.

That's about what I figured. [He sighs. He still misses his shield something fierce.] I can adapt, I suppose.

A lot of it is which Weapon you can resonate with the best. You could have a shield but if there's no resonance, it won't do you a lot of good.

That's the impression I've gotten. Still, more than twenty years of combat reflexes is nothing to sneeze at.
