If there is anyone who has yet to receive any assistance freeing themselves or who requires assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know. I have been doing my best to assist, but I am not capable of catching absolutely everything that comes up, and neither is everyone else out and about assisting.

[She pauses and then adds hesitantly, almost nervously-]

Also, if... if my friends would be so kind as to let me know that they are alright, I would appreciate it.

I hit my head earlier, but I've already seen a doctor. They say I'll be fine in a few days. [She's going to gloss over the fact that she'd been walking around helping up until she was dragged to the clinic. Yup.]
