Hello, everyone. My name is Touma H. Norstein, and despite my initial doubts, it seems that everything here is legitimate. This is, however, outside my usual area of expertise, and suffice it to say, I'm wondering how I should go about acclimating myself to my new surroundings.

I'm told I'm a "Meister", and suffice it to say, it seems as though my best course of action is to work with the powers-that-be here and learn how to hone these abilities I've been given. Back home, I am both a scientist and a doctor, and I know this place does allow you to approach these phenomena academically...

I suppose, ultimately, the question I'm asking is...

Where do I start?

Right now? Determining of what use I can be.

That depends on what you can do and on what you would like to do. Are you interested in fighting, or helping people in general?

Depends. Do you have to do the former to do the latter?

Not at all. I would encourage picking up some basic fighting skills in order to improve your chance of survival here, though.

That's good to know. I think the thing you have to be most careful about is that you can't kill kishin eggs with anything other than Weapons.

I have done a bit of reading about these "kishin" already...

You did? That's good. You'd do good to keep these things in mind, as well as those who wrote them.
