Depending on what a situation calls for, I wear an expression which is appropriate for it. [And lineface works for 90% of situations.]

Not necessarily. Though it might serve the purpose on occasion, it is less a mask and more an ability to properly regulate emotions.

I don't, because a smile is not necessary in a majority of situations. Additionally, smiling constantly without reason causes the action to lose some of its genuineness.

I guess but it just makes you seem really stoic and unapproachable at all.

If a person wishes to converse with me then they will do so regardless of my outward appearance.
