Hello, Death City! This is Sergeant Keroro, here to announce the grand re-opening of the Hikan Tea Shop, de arimasu. Due to Tomoe-dono's return, Bakura-dono gave the shop to me to take care of in their place, de arimasu. In order to live up to their expectations, I've decided to bring new life into it, to give you a new and much improved: Hikan Cafe!

At the moment, it is still closed and missing a few employees, but it's grand re-opening will be on the 22nd. I look forward to seeing all of you there with all of your family and friends, de arimasu! If you're interested in working for us, you can contact me or Eve-dono and we can set up an interview, de arimasu.

Ah. I almost forgot.

[Keroro leaves the communicator behind (giving you a good view of Itou's calligraphy on the wall) and disappears off-camera, re-appearing moments later with a roll of something under his arm. He unfurls it, showing a brightly printed poster to the camera.

In white and black letters across the top, it reads:

Chara Misfortune ☠ Metokkori R presents The Watch of Death City!

Underneath are cute illustrations of Roy as well as the Zone leaders and second-in-commands done in this style.]

We will also be releasing the first, limited-edition run of Metokkori R x Chara Misfortune collaboration key-chains on the same day, de arimasu! They will be available from both the cafe and Metokkori R.

[He holds the poster closer to the camera as if he's letting you get a good look at it, before swiftly rolling it up and giving you all a grin and a thumbs-up.]

Excuse me, Keroro-san, what kind of employees do you need in your cafe? I'm afraid I might not be the best choice to go table to table considering my wheelchair but I do know how to cook and make teas and coffees. I'm very interested in working at your cafe!

I'm still missing one more barista, cooks as well as waiters and waitresses, de arimasu. If you're interested in cooking or making tea and coffee, you'll have to come in for an interview, de arimasu.

[And after a good half an hour or so, Yuuichi is making his way into the shop, stopping his wheelchair near the doorway as he looks around for Keroro]

[Keroro had been keeping half an eye on the door for the last half an hour, and he immediately comes out of the store as soon as he sees Yuuichi.]

Ah. You're here, de arimasu. I don't think I caught your name on the network though, de arimasu. You are?

My name is Tsurugi Yuuichi, it's a pleasure to meet you.

[Keroro holds the door to Metokkori R open for Yuuichi.]

Please excuse the mess, de arimasu. [Not that there is a mess. Everything in the shop is so clean that they sparkle. If you cared to look, you'd see your face reflected back on the polished and completely dust-free floor.]

[He wheels himself in and smiles warmly]

The kitchen is over this way, de arimasu. [He pushes a sliding door open to reveal the mostly finished interior of the new Hikan Cafe, with paper over the windows so people can't look in. The kitchen is in the back of the cafe and is accessed through a set of swinging double doors.]

[He makes his way into the kitchen and looks around at all of the different tools and such] This is a very nice kitchen you have here.

[Keroro follows after, taking a few extra steps so he can catch up and walk beside Yuuichi.]

That's more to do with Bakura-dono and Tomoe-dono as well as the previous owner, Hisahide, de arimasu. Most of the things here are left over, de arimasu.

Oh really? It's a good thing it was left in such good condition, though.

Now, about our menu...We're thinking of some simple things. How are you at making fried shrimp cutlets, de arimasu? Or pasta, de arimasu?

Fried shrimp cutlets are a little more difficult for me to cook, but I can make a lot of different types of pasta.

What types, de arimasu? We're still in the process of finalizing some parts of our menu and your input would be very helpful, de arimasu.

Well I specialize in Japanese pastas like Ramen or Tarako and Ponzu Capellini, but I'm a quick learner and I can whip up almost anything! I can also make a variety of onigiri and mochi, if that's anything you would be interested in.

That could work. We are going for a more Japanese-fusion menu, de arimasu. How about you show me what you can make, and I'll decide with that, de arimasu?

Alright, do you have enough ingredients right now? I don't want to use anything here if you don't have a lot.

[He wouldn't want to mess up accidentally and waste your food...]

Of course, de arimasu. The grand opening is coming up, so we have some things already prepared over here, de arimasu.

[He leads the way towards a pantry with boxes of pasta, flour, and simple things, for the most part. There's also a lot of shrimp and vegetables.]
