Hello, Death City! This is Sergeant Keroro, here to announce the grand re-opening of the Hikan Tea Shop, de arimasu. Due to Tomoe-dono's return, Bakura-dono gave the shop to me to take care of in their place, de arimasu. In order to live up to their expectations, I've decided to bring new life into it, to give you a new and much improved: Hikan Cafe!

At the moment, it is still closed and missing a few employees, but it's grand re-opening will be on the 22nd. I look forward to seeing all of you there with all of your family and friends, de arimasu! [Keroro leaves the communicator behind (giving you a good view of Itou's calligraphy on the wall) and disappears off-camera, re-appearing moments later with a roll of something under his arm. He unfurls it, showing a brightly printed poster to the camera.

In white and black letters across the top, it reads:

Underneath are cute illustrations of Roy as well as the Zone leaders and second-in-commands done in this style.]

We will also be releasing the first, limited-edition run of Metokkori R x Chara Misfortune collaboration key-chains on the same day, de arimasu! They will be available from both the cafe and Metokkori R.

[He holds the poster closer to the camera as if he's letting you get a good look at it, before swiftly rolling it up and giving you all a grin and a thumbs-up.]

Now, about our menu...We're thinking of some simple things. How are you at making fried shrimp cutlets, de arimasu? Or pasta, de arimasu?

Fried shrimp cutlets are a little more difficult for me to cook, but I can make a lot of different types of pasta.

What types, de arimasu? We're still in the process of finalizing some parts of our menu and your input would be very helpful, de arimasu.

Well I specialize in Japanese pastas like Ramen or Tarako and Ponzu Capellini, but I'm a quick learner and I can whip up almost anything! I can also make a variety of onigiri and mochi, if that's anything you would be interested in.

That could work. We are going for a more Japanese-fusion menu, de arimasu. How about you show me what you can make, and I'll decide with that, de arimasu?

Alright, do you have enough ingredients right now? I don't want to use anything here if you don't have a lot.

[He wouldn't want to mess up accidentally and waste your food...]

Of course, de arimasu. The grand opening is coming up, so we have some things already prepared over here, de arimasu.

[He leads the way towards a pantry with boxes of pasta, flour, and simple things, for the most part. There's also a lot of shrimp and vegetables.]

Before I cook, then, is there anything you are allergic to?

Nope. I eat everything, de arimasu. As long as it's tasty, de arimasu.

That's a relief, I wouldn't want to set off any allergies. [Yeah no let's not make someone who's interviewing you sick]

I'll get to cooking then! [And he rolls up his sleeves and washes his hands before starting to get the proper ingredients out. It's a little bit difficult, being in a wheelchair and all, but he manages to cook a nice bowl of ramen and a few onigiri for Keroro. They're very simple, too.]

Keroro drags a chair over, climbs and stands up to eat them (because he refuses to use booster seats).]

Of course! Everything is a bit simple-looking, but with some dressing up, I'm sure it could sell really well in the store, de arimasu!

[Keroro is shaping his leftover onigiri. (Remember, kids, don't play with your food.)]

I think that would be a good idea! [And now he's going to take some of the leftover rice in the pan and shape one into a cat's head] There's a variety of things they can be shaped into, too.

We could make this a children's only meal, de arimasu. If we put sesame seeds as the eyes... [He puts them on crooked but it's the thought that counts, right?]

Oh, that's really cute! [Brb fawning over really kawaii shaped onigiri] I think kids would really enjoy these, too.

Yeah! This is going to be a best-seller, de arimasu! You can do something like this for the shop, right, de arimasu?

Yes, I can. It's something I can do easily enough, and pretty quick, too.

Then you're hired, de arimasu! What times are good for you, de arimasu?

Any time after 3pm is alright with me. And I am not a minor so I could work nights as well.

Then I guess you could work the dinner shift, de arimasu. Would you mind helping with closing, de arimasu?

Not at all!
