[And that was his way of introducing himself. Now that was over, Masamune looks at the camera straight on, arms crossed. Time to make his big address to everyone in this city.]

I heard that we're fighting a war here. You guys must be in trouble if you had to drag me here, the One Eyed Dragon of Oshuu!

[There we go, he's steadily getting back into the stride of things. The whole experience in the Kishin Chamber was a bit of a shock even for him, but now that he's out and he's got this amazing communication device, he might as well make full use of it.]

Hah, what a name though. Death City! I would say that it was cool but the sun has a face that smiles. What kind of place called Death City has a sun with a face like that?

[Masamune pronounces 'Death City' in a very pronounced Engrish accent. He looks at the feed expectantly, then realising he isn't going to get a reply immediately, continues talking.]

I'm a meister, whatever that is. Sounds cool though. But I hate the idea of being without a weapon though, especially in a crazy place like this. They may have taken a dragon's claws away, but he can still bite.

[Masamune grins at the camera, trying his best to be jovial at the end of his feed.]

So if any of you transform into swords, let me know. I'm looking for six of them. Okeydokey?

[So there you go Spirit, you've set Masamune on trying to figure this out. He figures that putting his elbows to his ears is the easier of the two tasks and he's publicly, on video, trying to get them to touch without much effect.]

[He raises his hands as if he were holding those six swords still in his hand, but at the same time it looks odd. Masamune feels odd.]

[There on the screen is a near-immaculately black dragon, wings at his sides, and looking at one of his own claws. He then switches it with the other.]

Pray pardon, but I do not think that dragons really do have six claws. I had one extra claw per paw compared to other dragons, and among my own breed we have five.

[Now he's looking directly at the camera.]

Then again, as you are a self-proclaimed dragon, perhaps you had a different notion into naming your weaponry that, did you not? I cannot say I know how the Japanese breeds of dragon are like, but they may have an extra talon for a sixth one...

As for acquiring six blades, I would rather think you hold your breath for that -- one is usually enough to suffice for everyone, and there are difficulties with attaining six people, or other beings for that matter, to acquiesce to one single meister.

[He stares into the camera. LOOK WHAT THE CAT DRAGGED IN, it's a pirate!]

What are you talking about? Lay off the booze once in a while otherwise you'll start seeing more with that eye of yours.

[ iiiit takes him a minute, but when he notices, Yukimura's face is practically glued to the magic mirror box thing that does communication stuff. The voice is unmistakable... even if he's kind of torn. His last memories of Date Masamune involve Ueda castle being taken on the man's way to meet with Tokugawa Ieyasu... :'(

he also never really expected to see him here... before his own business with Ieyasu was finished. But he's kind of happy nevertheless. ]
