Does anyone have any idea what this thing is? I'm not so sure I like it loitering around my residence.

He seems passive enough for the time being. But if provoked, he could theoretically destroy the entire city in an instant, and I would prefer not to test that.

One guy claims it's from his world and is called an 'angel'.

Regardless, angels don't exist. And I assume BREW is responsible given it is responsible for our existence here.

That seems like the most likely explanation, yes.

BREW's really strange. Has anyone figured anything out about it? Do you know?

Even with my higher level access to the library, most of the information regarding BREW is not available to me. I do know that it is apparently a 'wish' magic-tech machine of some sort.
