I've been thinking, lately, about something I experienced back in the place where I was born..

If you could meet yourself as a child…

Would she/he be proud of you?

What kind of excuse would you say to excuse the things you've done or the person you've become?

It would make sense to bring those who were used to fighting wars into a warring world, yes.

Not that I entirely agree with that process in itself, but oh well.

I don't like the idea of being kidnapped and taken to fight for a different world myself, but I don't blame anyone in over their head idly wishing for help. It was just dumb luck that BREW heard and decided to grant it. Some days I hate machines.

[Especially since his body's full of them that, on his world, would make him randomly mutate.]

Strange - I find myself idly missing it, most days. Mostly my entourage in assistance with cooking and things. But in my world we were practically indoctrinated with technology in every aspect of our lives so it shouldn't be surprising..

The technology of my world has made me think that the more complex you make a machine, the more likely it'll turn on you eventually when you bite off more than you can chew. Then again, most of those machines are made by scientists without a lick of common sense who don't stop and think things through.
