Of course not. But for the nerve center of what is apparently the sole opposition movement on the globe it's rather lacking in security.

So, long story short, they're losing.

We wouldn't be here if that weren't the case. The real problem is that they're losing and doing nothing to change the plans that aren't working.

So you got any better ideas? I mean, this BREW thing can bring in anyone it wants, yet there's no one who can come up with a plan for them?

There's a rather large difference between possessing the ability to conjure up more viable strategies and having them implemented. Inciting change in this city is similar to tunneling through a cement wall with a plastic spoon.

Outside of speaking with me extensively (a radical theory still in the infancy of research) it's entirely up to the whims of BREW. No one has been able to cajole a rhyme or reason out of the returns as of yet.

Has, uh...everyone you talked with a lot gotten sent home?

[he's not really sure if he's asking out of a desire to get home, or pity.]

There's strong evidence backing up the possibility. Experiments to verify this and a proper research paper to submit to the scientific community for review have been slow, as hard sciences are hardly my specialty.

That depends on where you stand in the roaring debate over whether psychology is a hard or soft science.
