It appears we've had a decent number of new arrivals here in the city this time. While it's unfortunate to be drawn from your natural world where wars of your own may be taking place, Death City has been in great need of reinforcements, lately. So to that end, I'm relieved to see BREW activate, and hope those of you that arrived recently are settling in reasonably well.

If any of you are searching for employment, the Watch has a number of positions available. We're looking for medics, office administrators, mechanics and technicians, and of course, those with decent combat experience to patrol the city's districts in order to maintain the peace and security of civilians and Guests alike.

We still have distressingly little information about the organizers behind the Guest kidnappings.. They're quiet after such an operation. This means they've given up and fled, or are in the process of planning something else. We can't afford to assume the first alternative, as we're the first line of defense for the city and in particular, the Guest population. Keep that in mind on your patrols.

On another note, I'd like to reiterate that my Meister ability allows me to resonate across distances and increase my field of vision. In this way, I was able to find and communicate with the captives along with Azusa-san before. Therefore, I would ideally like to be able to establish basic resonance with any willing Weapon in the Watch, so that we're able to capitalize on this capability and maximize our understanding of the city, as well as enhance our coordination on the field. Feel free to let me know at any time if any of you are interested.

Genesis, as one of those I trust most in the Watch, I'd wondered if you would consider a position as a Watcher for the organization as well. It simply consists of keeping an eye on suspicious activity of individuals within the organization and reporting any worrying behavior.

Yes, it's too much of a risk at the present moment, particularly with the organizers of the kidnappings still loose. But it's a future consideration I believe will show promise in working to mend those relations.

If there needs to be a real effort for capture, I wouldn't mind going out of my way for it. My partner can track my location anywhere, so it's more opportunity to catch the people in charge if they are hanging around.

Of course, they may have already skipped town now that they caused their trouble.
