[The camera shakes violently as it clicks on, panning around for a moment before landing on the disgruntled face of Asuka.]

I don’t care who sees this, but someone damn well better get me some new clothes! I’m not sitting around in this torn up plug suit just because some stupid machine decided to bring me to this stupid place!

[She shakes the device a little, causing the camera to wheel once again.]

And if someone doesn’t bring me clothes RIGHT. NOW. I’m gonna start kicking all of your asses the moment I see each and every one of you!

[It’s obvious that she is upset as she curses to herself about stupid people and stupid machines and stupid MP Evas, the camera still rolling through her muttered tantrum, the sounds of things being knocked over underlying her words until the camera itself is suddenly thrown and turns off with the impact of hitting the wall.]

[Might be a little relieved that she'll be getting clothes. But she's gonna try to pretend like she's not.]

I'm Asuka Langley Soryu. [She grins.] And... thanks for the help, Chika.

It's no problem Asuka. I'll be there soon.

[She paused for a moment as she moved to leave her apartment, keeping her communicator on. She knew the way to SEES HQ by heart now, so it wasn't like she couldn't talk while on the go.]

... So, I noticed that you said you had some company? I guess he's someone from your world then?

[She doesn't know if Asuka listened to the whole 'other world' explanation, but she'd find out soon enough.]

[Glances off to the side with a small huff.]

Unfortunately, yeah. I don't even know why he's here.

[...because you forced him to come see you, Asuka, omfg.]

[Chika blinks as she keeps walking. Huh. That was odd.]

Well, unless you two try to kill each other on a regular basis, it's probably a good thing that you're both here. It makes things a lot easier to adjust too if you know someone from the start.

Tch.

[She does not look pleased right now.]

He's not exactly the first person I'd actually want to have here.

[Ouch. That didn't seem to be good.]

... Is there some bad history between you two?

You could say that. [Huff.]

He's a spineless, pathetic idiot. And everything bad that happens has always been his fault!

... What do you mean? I'm sure that everything bad that happens can't be because of one person.

[Chika didn't think that was the full story, but whatever, once she found out who the guy was she could get the full story and decide for her self.]

Oh, believe me, that's exactly how this is.

You see, he makes a decision - a bad one, every time - and it screws everything up.

[Well, she can't really refute that. It's not like she even knows who Asuka's talking about, after all. Even if she still thinks she's exaggerating.]

Well... if you say so.

...Anyway, I'll be up to your apartment soon with the clothes. Do you want me to show you where the mall is tomorrow so we can get more stuff?

[OOC: Do you and Shinji-mun mind if I threadjack your action post up there?]

[Seems at least mildly pleased right now. Good job, Chika.]

Oh, great! Yeah, I'd love to check out the mall with you.

Mmm. If you'll be here soon, I'll tell him to make you some food too. You're hungry, right?

[OOC: YES! We are totally okay with that! Just hit it up whenever!]

Yeah, actually, I kinda am.

[Well, she doesn't know why two people who don't like each other are... making food together but okay. Whatever. Maybe this was kinda like how Masaru and Yoshino or Masaru and Touma's relationship used to be.]

And great. There's some pretty nice stores there, and while Shibusen won't pay for everything you can get there, at least as far as clothes go we should be able to get you a lot of good stuff.

[There is a slight edge of excitement to Asuka's voice now.]
