Hachi is the name of the witch that orchestrated the recent kidnappings and madness experiment. She called in favors from other witches to have them capture us. Sion definitely felt it was an experiment of some sort, so Hachi may have been in the area to observe, possibly remotely if witches are capable of such things.

She must be more powerful if she called in favours. I don't know a lot about witches, but they don't seem to work too well with each other unless there is something worthwhile to get out of it. I'll keep my ear down to see if Shibusen has any information about her specifically.

I will feed Hachi's soul to Sion when she is ready to become a deathscythe.
I'll do what I can to find out information for that battle then. It's important to know your witch enemy before you go for their soul.
