Hey everyone!

... I know what I'm about to ask might be a bit weird, since we just got back from a skiing trip, but my friend Minako and I have been talking about setting something like this up for a while, so I'm going to go ahead and ask this anyway.

How many of you would be interested in having a beach trip or something sometime in the future. Not right away, obviously. We did just get back from a vacation day, but both of us figure that gathering interest now and planning things is better than trying to rush it all at the last minute.

[ Not to mention that, you know, people knowing about it in advance would make it easier to not have something else come up and make it so it needed to be pushed back because she hadn't had time to ask about it. ]

Also, if people are interested, what type of food would you like us to have there when it happens? Though I guess we might need to ask again closer to the date, depending on how many new people we get by the time we decide to actually have this.

[ Though you know, maybe she should say something else too. ]

Anyway, I have something else to talk about too. Something a little bit more important than a vacation day. My partner and I are thinking about trying to take on more missions than we have been. But... I'm not exactly sure what's a good balance. Like... how often should we go on more missions?

I mean, I know that we're not allowed to go on one everyday or more than two in a week. But for partners who haven't gone on that many before, is that a good schedule to follow? Or should we try to do one every week instead of two a week? I don't want the two of us to burn out on missions because we thought we were fine and then we suddenly crash, since that's not really going to help anyone out here. Does anyone who's been going on missions steadily for a while have any advice here?

Hey, what kinda guy would I be if I let the girls do all the hard work and I'm just enjoying the beach without doing anything? I'm not that rude, I'm a honest kinda guy!

[ She's giggling a bit. ]

Though seriously, thanks. It's going to make things a lot easier for us, that's for sure.

[ And don't worry, they'll try not to make you carrying everything, Josuke. ]

[ That'll help.. he wants to have some fun on the trip with everyone too, even if he doesn't mind helping out! ]

Oh, you were asking 'bout food too, right? Can't we have a big barbeque or something like that over there? I've heard of some people doing that stuff on beaches..

[ Chika giggled. ]

Oh, yeah, of course we're going to have something like that. It's what we're going to be barbecuing that we need to figure out.

Fish, of course! What's better to do than that at the beach?

[ Are you implying all of them should catch them themselves too, Josuke.. because that way you might end up without food entirely. ]

[ Chika blinked, before giggling softly. ]

Okay. We'll definitely mark that down. Most people I know like to have burgers and stuff at the beach, but we'll make sure to have fish too.

Hey, I ain't gonna say no to burgers either! [ Josuke's not too much of a picky eater, but that's probably already pretty obvious from his constant optimistic attitude, huh. ]

As long as it tastes good and everyone's there to enjoy it, then it's fine with me. Gotta make the best out of our stay in this place, yeah?

Yeah, exactly! They might not have brought us here intentionally, but even if they need our help, we need to make sure to take care of ourselves too.

[ She does giggle though. ]

But don't worry, even if you don't mind having burgers, we'll try to see if we can get some fish too, okay?

Man, you're too kind to me!

[ Especially since he was already looking forward to this whole beach trip thing to begin with - since, hello, it's a beach trip, how could you not get excited - but this is only making it better. ]

Don't go too much outta your way for a guy like me though, 'kay? I'll be fine with whatever. 'specially since I already know it's gonna be fun!

I don't think it'll be going out of our way at all. More options is always a good thing!

[ Especially with food. She's seen enough fights over food to want to make sure that doesn't happen. ]

Well, I'm just sayin'! Before we know it, we'll have more food to drag there than anything else.

Well, if that does happen, I guess we'll just need to find someone else to help the three of us carry it all, won't we?

I guess that won't be hard.. people gotta be lining up for this trip already, right? You can just tell anyone who comes that they're gonna have to carry their share! .. Literally, in this case.

[ Chika giggles. ]

Yeah, there's definitely a couple of people jumping at the chance for a beach trip, so finding help if we need it shouldn't be hard at all.

Heh, I knew some people in this place at least knew how to have fun! [ Since he honestly thinks some people seem a little too serious or stuck up about all this.. sure, they're fighting a war, but that doesn't mean they can't have a little fun inbetween, right? ]

Let's leave all the party poopers behind and go with all the fun ones!

[ Chika shrugs, the video swaying a bit as she does so. ]

Well, I guess the ones that don't want to have fun won't show up. But I'm going to just let anyone who wants to come come with us. That's only fair, after all.

Geez, you're waaay too fair. Are you just the type who gets along with anyone?

[ Since even Josuke, as happy go lucky as he might seem, has his share of enemies or people he just can't stand.. ]

[ Chika grins. ]

Pretty much? At least, I haven't come across someone that I really, really hate yet, anyway.

So I'm right! [ He laughs at it though. It's pretty good and admirable to him, honestly. ]

Or maybe you're just lucky. But I can easily think of an asshole or two I've met during my life.

Yeah. I know I'm probably just lucky. But at least it's one thing I don't need to really worry about right now. So I'm not going to be too worried about it. If I find someone I don't like or get along with, it just happens. I'll end up dealing with it then.
