[Aqua was sitting by a window, with her knees draw up and the communicator balanced on top. She leaned back against the wall, posture relaxed.]

I've been wondering, does anyone come from a world with magic? If so, would you mind telling me a little about it?

[She reaches out a hand to steady the communicator when it slides a little to the left before righting it again.]

I specialized in magic back home, so I'm curious about what kinds of magic exists in other worlds.

I found a copy of the Grimm's Fairy Tales in the library. [She smiled.] I really enjoyed it; thank you for recommending it to me.

That makes sense. You'd have to know the make up of a lot of things to make it work in every circumstance though, wouldn't you?

Yep! Alchemists typically have to study a lot to even get remotely close to being officially certified.

Oh, you know him? I suppose he's a pretty big name in Death City though, so maybe I shouldn't be surprised... But, yeah, he was an alchemist. I don't think he can use it here anymore, but if you asked him, he could probably give a better description of what it's like.

Huh. It might be better if you do it when he's busy... [Since Roy could always use a break.] It'll give him something more interesting to focus on. Er— N- not that the safety of Death City isn't important! Ahaha...

[He catches the look of embarrassment and decides to drop it. Hughes knows a certain someone who is less than pleased about what Keroro did too, even though the key-chains are absolutely adorable, and he had worked especially hard to try and get the key-chain of that someone..]

Hehehe. I'm glad you see it my why. Honestly, I think he likes distractions more than he lets on anyway. He should really take more breaks, but he's really stubborn.

Yeah, it definitely would. Guys tend to be stubborn about that though, and that kid is especially so, hehehe. He... [Hughes pauses.] He's just the type the feels guilty about being a burden to others.

He shouldn't have to feel like that. Supporting each other when they need to, that's what friends are for.

Yes, you're right about that. I don't think most people want to burden the ones they care about though, so it's only natural that he might feel like that even though he shouldn't have to. That's why the best thing to do is to just help him without saying anything about it. That way he can't complain, hehe.
