[So after a few days from his initial arrival, Steve finally decides to use the communicator he's given. He's not averse to using it, if the technology is helpful he's gonna work with it. He looks at the device, his expression friendly.]

Hello, this is Steve Rogers. Word is that I was here before, but guess that's happened to others too. Don't have my memories of that time, but I'm not against reintroducing myself and meeting anyone I've worked with before. [He's actually a little angry about that, but he's not showing it. It's sorta the opposite of waking up in New York, but still frustrating in its own way. Regardless, Steve remains calm and polite on the video feed.]

Not against meeting new soldiers- people, either. Trust in your comrades is always important. Doesn't matter what world you come from.

I don't see what's so entertaining about such things.

[He doesn't comment about being out numbered either... since he's used to Cloud using that damn argument against him.]

[He can sense his partner's displeasure, but it doesn't deter him either. He's still looking for that group hug opportunity for the amusement of it all.]

For me, it's about seeing that other side showing to people. Also... are you pouting right now?

[He half turned away at Cloud's words, almost refusing to even look at his partner as if in protest to what was being said.]

I do not see why such a thing is so important.

[Now is he talking about the first statement or the question there? Perhaps both...?]

[He leans a little off the couch to see if Sephiroth is actually pouting, but it's so hard at this angle.]

Because I don't have a picture of you pouting yet. I'd like to get one though.

[Sephiroth huffed lightly as he purposefully turned his face more away from Cloud.]

Such foolishness.

[Aka yes, he's pouting.]

[He rises from the couch and walks around to look at Sephiroth's face. Yep, definitely a pout.]

Definitely pouting.

[He reaches up and pushes his index fingers on either side of Sephiroth's mouth. Tempting fate... yep, doing it again.]

Now... maybe sort of smiling?

[Sensing Cloud on the move, he did what he could to shoot off a dirty look in Cloud's direction.

He didn't do anything to prevent Cloud from poking his face, even when he felt the corners of his mouth being forced up into a smile.]

Having fun, are we?

[He's immune to Sephiroth's dirty looks by now, and he appraises the attempt at forcing his partner to smile before glancing up and smirking.]

More than you, it seems.

[He removes his fingers and shoves Sephiroth back to fall over the couch before rushing away in the opposite direction.]

[He knew that something was coming, especially with that look on his partner's face. It only meant trouble on his end, and it seemed that he'd assumed correctly when Cloud was suddenly trying to shove him over the couch.

It was fortunate that he was prepared for it though, as he caught the edge of the couch to prevent such an event happening. Grunting lightly, he used their link to press down on as he pushed his way off the couch to go and stalk after the blonde.]
