[ Have a pretty disturbed looking Audrey, hair pulled back out of her face. The camera shakes a little; is she shaking? Perhaps. ]

[ She wasn't going to put out a public service announcement like this, but the recent kidnappings have her a little frazzled - and her nights full of tossing and turning once more. She could really use a session with Claire lately, but it's not likely to happen.

Her blue eyes focus on the screen, and she frowns deeply. ] Don't trust him.

[ Before she says anymore - which may or may not incite mass panic, a thing she does not want - Audrey shuts off the feed. ]

He's darker, and just a little taller than me. Pretty broad too.

[That's pretty vague, though. As far as descriptions go. On the other hand, they didn't exactly have a lot of people with dark skin here so there's that.]

Is he someone from your world?

[ Yeah, sorry, this is the part of her job that she's the least good at. ]

Yes. Hopefully he won't be troubling us here [ ha, see what she did there? ] but you never know with BREW.

[No, you never did quite know with BREW given some of the people who had been brought here in the past.]

[ She jerks a little, noticeably surprised by Aqua's question. ]

Oh, me? I'm fine- fine. Just haven't been sleeping that well lately, if I'm honest. The whole thing has me a little freaked out, if I say so.

[ She shrugs. ]

Things have been pretty stressful lately, haven't they...

[Aqua herself hasn't been sleeping very well either and between the extra shift she's taken on it kind of shows. This whole situation brought up far too many memories of the last time there had been kidnappings like this...]

You need to try to rest though. Drinking something warm before going to bed might help.

Oh believe me, [ she says as she lifts her arm and waves the hard cast in front of the screen, ] it's not that easy for me to not rest these days.

[ She sounds annoyed. ]

But I'll give a warm drink before bed a try, for sure. Thanks, Aqua.

How've you been faring? [ About the same, from the sound of it. ]

[Oh, she understands the frustration. All too well, maybe.]

I've been busy. There aren't enough people in the Watch to cover all the shifts especially with what's been going on.

[ She's obviously concerned. ]

I'd offer a hand, but... [ A small, slightly embarrassed smile. ] Do you think there's any chance it could calm down any time soon?

Honestly, I don't know. I hope it calms down soon, but it doesn't look like it will yet.

I know what you mean. When tensions run this high, it's hard to bring them back down without something drastic happening.

And I'm not really in the mood for drastic these days, sorry.

Me neither. I'm not even sure if something drastic wouldn't just make things even worse.

Hopefully it would help the tension dissipate though. Like a kid throwing a tantrum.

[She was never the tantrum throwing kind of kid and neither was Terra, really, so she couldn't say she really understood.]

Hopefully it won't come to that.

[ She's sure there's a much better analogy out there somewhere, but right now the tantrum one is the best she can give. She's seen plenty of "tantrums" in Haven. Dangerous ones, sadly. ]

I agree. It would be nice for it just go away.

[ Though it never does, sigh. ]

If only it would.

Until then, all we can do is try to keep things under control as best we can.
