Listen up, nooksniffers. Here's how this is going to go. I don't have time for this war. I'm already fighting in one, and that one I actually give a shit about. Since I can't leave until this place stops getting his ass kicked, the plan is to win this stupid war as quickly as possible so we can all get back to our miserable lives wherever we came from.

Okay? Good. So, what's being done around here to get everyone battle ready? Whatever it is, sign me up. I need to figure out this whole fucking "being a weapon" thing. [He even does the air quotes for added effect.] Talk to me about the training and shit. Otherwise, keep your squawk blisters shut and brutally destroy those Kishin things.

With one exception. [He raises his pointer finger at the camera. It is not the finger he's used to raising, and he very nearly flubs that up. He's used to giving speeches over text, alright. Maybe he should have done that instead...] I've already seen a couple of familiar faces around here, which leads me to believe there might be more somewhat tolerable assholes around here that I might be familiar with. If you are one of those losers, report to me so I know who's here and therefore not in as much grave danger. Worrying about you bulgelickers is a full time fucking job, alright, and I don't want to have to worry any more than I have to, because it's annoying as shit.

Alright, I'm out. [There's a little fumble and a muffled curse, along with a lovely view of the floor of Karkat's place in Casualty Communal before the feed cuts out.]

He's completely obnoxious. I have no idea where he gets all his fucking energy, but he will talk to you for sweeps if you don't find him another victim. Not only that, but it's a completely one-sided conversation. When I first met him, I tried to reply to what he was saying, but it became obvious pretty fucking quickly he wasn't going to pause in his rant for me to argue with him, or even agree with him!

Huh.

[That certainly doesn't sound like the Kankri she knows--for obvious reasons, but even so at first it's hard to imagine any iteration of the Signless not being a good listener. It makes her pause as she considers everything that Aranea has told her about Beforus. The more she thinks about it, the more she feels she can understand why he might be like that.]

How about the others? Did you meet Mituna and Porrim, by any chance?

Yeah, I met all of them, briefly. Porrim has this weird relationship with Kanrki. They're the same age, now, obviously, but she still kind of fucking mothers him. It's almost pale, but it's fucking sickening. She even has a nickname for him.It's ridiculous.

And Mituna's uh...well, he's sort of really messed up. Apparently something happened in their session, and he took the brunt of whatever it was and it totally messed with his pan.

[The first part makes her laugh] It seems entirely appropriate, given their relationship on Alternia.

[Her expression falters at the second part.] In what way?

I guess. It was just weird as all hell since they're all the same age.

_{[He doesn't want to upset her. How does he put this lightly?]} Uh, well, he has a lot of issues with simple stuff. Like motor skills. And he's not the greatest socially either. He doesn't really have a lot of...tact.

[It's sad to hear. Even if it isn't the Mituna that she traveled with and came to love, she still can't help but already feel somewhat protective for him. But what can you do? Whatever happened to him, happened in a different time and place.]

Yeah, no problem. It wasn't like you were asking me to share my fucking life story or anything. I would kind of like to have some time to relax that's for sure. All these assholes keep popping up trying to talk to me.
