Recent conversations have sparked some curiosity in me.

We all come from different worlds and different times, and I can't help but wonder what some of the common myths, legends, and fairy tales are in these times and places. Such things can be very telling of the people from which they come and I think I might enjoy making a collection of sorts and analyzing them.

So, Death City, if you would be so kind tell me about your worlds and the stories you've been raised on. The more detail the better, and if you know anything of their origin that is better yet.

I'd love to hear them all, but now you have me especially curious about you and your family.

Well... some of them aren't really what I'd call network-safe, all things considered... but I can tell you some of the tamer ones, if you'd like.

[She'll tell you about her family Di, but the Greeks are not for the faint of heart.]

[That just makes her even more interested...]

I'd like that very much. Are you from a noble family, Cupid?

[amorini]

Well... in a manner of speaking? [She's never had to explain this to someone who didn't get it off the bat before.] I don't know my real parents but... my adopted family are kind of Gods.

[BREW sure likes its Gods]

Are you one too?

[amorini]

Not really- not yet, at least. It kind of depends on how things go for me later. They're kind of picky about the pantheon these days.

[scribes]

Well, if you so wish it, I hope you are able to become one.

Hopefully, somewhere down the line I'll manage. If not, I'm content with helping Dad with the romance business- taking some of the load off of him is the least I can do.
