Recent conversations have sparked some curiosity in me.

We all come from different worlds and different times, and I can't help but wonder what some of the common myths, legends, and fairy tales are in these times and places. Such things can be very telling of the people from which they come and I think I might enjoy making a collection of sorts and analyzing them.

So, Death City, if you would be so kind tell me about your worlds and the stories you've been raised on. The more detail the better, and if you know anything of their origin that is better yet.

I find it rather strange that stories, myths and tales in one world can be complete and utter fact in another. To shrug it off as mere coincidence that these stories appear in so many other worlds doesn't seem right, so I can't help but wonder if BREW is the first machination to ever draw people from other places and times.

[prosecutory]

Knowing that many other universes exist apart from this one, mine and yours, it is possible that another device like BREW exists elsewhere.

It is rather overwhelming when you think about it. Before I brought here such an idea would have s33med ludicrous and now I feel like there are few things I can take for granted. Did such things as BREW and time manipulation s33m likely where you came from?

[prosecutory]

Hardly. What of your world?

During my time it was not, but after speaking to some of the trolls that come from far down the line apparently it is a common thing in their lives.

[prosecutory]

So your world has advanced in this field. How far down were the other trolls?

[scribes]

I'm not certain of the exact time, but well over a thousand human years.

How much did they tell you about these new developments?
