So, this device is a means of conveying instantaneous information? I had heard such tales as possible, but could never scarce believe I would see such a marvel. Aside from Marach’s toad, surely.

[Her eyes narrow a bit and she begins talking into it as though it were a horn.]

As for your inquiry, there is a police force, though it is more of a civilian police force to deal with civilian issues. Whereas the Watch generally coordinates with and will aid them where necessary, as is the current situation, we're more focused on military defense and fortifications, covering civilian evacuations and such in the case of invasions.

I had a lot of concern with that as well. They even have such marvels as performing stories and plays on a larger screen, only no one is inside the screen. *Movies are still such a treat for him.*
